    Detailed Itinerary

    Day 1: DEHRADUN TO SANKRI | 8 HOURS DRIVE

    • Start early from Dehradun (around 7:00 AM) to ensure a daylight drive.
    • Enjoy scenic views of the Yamuna and Tons rivers en route.
    • Stop for lunch at a dhaba in Purola or Mori.
    • Reach Sankri village (6,400 ft) by evening and check into a guesthouse/homestay.
    • Attend a short briefing session about the trek, followed by dinner and rest.

    Day 2: SANKRI TO JUDA KA TALAB | 3-4 HOURS TREK

    • Begin the trek after breakfast, walking through dense pine and oak forests.
    • Spot Himalayan birds and local flora during the steady ascent.
    • Reach Juda Ka Talab (9,000 ft), a serene lake surrounded by trees.
    • Relax, explore the area, and enjoy a warm dinner under the stars.

    Day 3: JUDA KA TALAB TO KEDARKANTHA BASE CAMP | 2-3 HOURS TREK

    • Start the day with a warm-up and hearty breakfast.
    • Trek through snow-covered trails (in winter) and alpine meadows.
    • Reach Kedarkantha Base Camp (11,250 ft) by afternoon.
    • Have lunch, rest, and acclimatize at the base camp.

    Day 4: SUMMIT DAY – BASE CAMP TO KEDARKANTHA SUMMIT AND BACK TO JUDA KA TALAB (6–7 HOURS TREK)

    • Reach Kedarkantha summit (12,500 ft) by sunrise; enjoy breathtaking 360° views.
    • Click photos and soak in the panoramic views of Himalayan peaks.
    • Descend back to base camp, have lunch, then trek down to Juda Ka Talab.

    Day 5: Juda Ka Talab to Sankri | Drive to Dehradun (8 Hours)

    • Begin the final descent to Sankri after breakfast.
    • Reach Sankri by late morning and freshen up.
    • Depart from Sankri by cab for Dehradun by noon.
    • Stop for meals or tea en route during the scenic return drive.
    • Arrive in Dehradun by evening (around 7–8 PM), marking the end of the trek.
